General information / Deposits and Cancellations
BEFORE lash appointment:

Please wash your face with a cleanser

Clean your lashes

Come with NO makeup on
-
There will be an extra charge of $5 if I have to remove your makeup or ANY makeup residue

NO mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment

Shower before your appointment, if possible

You will not be able to get your lash wet for 24 hours

No coffee or any caffeinated drinks

It will cause your eyes to flutter

If you wear contacts, please remove them before you come in

Do NOT bring any guests

Let me know if you have any previous lash extensions that need to be removed.

OR if you HAVE THIN LASHES! (I will not be responsible for any retention issues)

OR if you had a LASH LIFT within the last 5 weeks! I will only be able to lash you if it's after 5-6 weeks.

If you are SICK, please let me know asap so we can reschedule! PLEASE PLEASE do not come to your appt sick.

Do NOT arrive early!

If you are 10 mins late, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 late fee or I may have to cancel your appt.

If you no call/no show, your deposit is automatically forfeited and you will be banned as my client.

To reduce cancellations and no-shows, please send a non-refundable deposit to my Zelle within 1 hour of booking. If I do not receive your deposit, your appointment will be automatically canceled. You will get a text from me confirming your appointment with my studio address after I receive your deposit.
New clients: $100
Current clients: $50

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If for any reason you need to reschedule, please let me know 48 hours prior to your appt. I will allow a ONE time transfer of deposit within the same month. If you cancel less than 24 hours, your deposit will be automatically forfeited with no exceptions.
Your deposit goes towards the price of the service. The REST of the payment will be due in CASH.
